I practice as a Distinguished Fellow Coach at BetterUp, a cutting-edge international coaching platform. I also work as a Coach and Learning Process Facilitator for the nation building Partners for Possibility leadership programme. I am a faculty member at the South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP).
